Mississauga Attic & Third Floor
This Meadowvale Village home had a low-pitch attic with limited usable space. Through a carefully planned conversion, Lepata transformed it into a fully liveable third floor, incorporating three Velux skylights to bring natural light throughout the new space.
The finished floor includes a master ensuite, a 4-piece bathroom, and a dedicated home office. Custom built-in shelving follows the sloped walls, making practical use of areas that would otherwise be difficult to use and maximizing the available space.
Lepata completed the design and full scope of work, with permits and city inspections managed throughout.
