Our attic door suddenly fell from the ceiling and it was a terrible moment. I called up few contractors who looked at the door and fixture and gave me an estimate. Leo was one amongst them but he approached the repair job professionally as he explained the job entailment patiently. We liked his suggestion and decided to hire his services. Lepata Construction were fantastic, working diligently with us to design an addition that would meet our needs. They visited the home on several occasions to take measurements and assess the structure, electrical panel, rooflines, etc. and later to take us through design options and explain all options clearly. They were highly transparent throughout and were very responsive to our feedback. They submitted our building permit application and helped us through the approval stage as well. Working with them was a pleasure and I hope to do so again in the future!

Our designer recommended Leonas to research and hopefully fix the squeaky floor which he did. So thankful that the renovated washroom is now perfect. But what is most extraordinary about this experience is that Leonas followed-up to ask if the issue had been resolved or if perhaps the squeak has returned. I have never had a contractor contact me to ask about work that had been done, and that speaks volumes to the integrity and genuine care offered by Leonas. He is a gem and deserves every accolade.

Lepata did an excellent job from start to finish. The project was a kitchen reno: new floor, new cupboards, counter top, sink etc. The communication went very well. Lepata had no problem at all understanding what I wanted and never tried to talk me into something I did not want. Everything went smoothly. The end result was stunning. This was a fantastic experience renovating our whole main floor. This included taking out a wall and beaming the ceilings as well as putting in a new custom kitchen and a feature fireplace. Lepata renovated 2 old bathrooms by removing everything including floor and sub floor. The new bathrooms are elegant, stylish and great quality. Leonas is a very talented young man. He has great taste and an eye for small details that make a difference. He is very easy to communicate with. He never tried to talk me into anything I don't want.
