With 18 years of residential construction experience across Canada and Europe, Leo brings a strong technical and practical background to custom renovations, home additions, attic conversions, and complex structural projects.
Leo holds a B.Sc. in Construction Project Management, is a Certified Construction Estimator, and a member of CIQS. As the founder of Lepata Construction, he remains personally involved from planning through completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and trades to ensure every project is carefully managed and built to a high standard.
